After
rededicating his life to Christ, Dennis G.
Lindsay joined Markham Chapel Missionary Baptist
Church in March 1993 and then fully committed himself
to the Word and to God’s divine plan for
his life. In January 1996, he accepted the calling
of God to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Under the tutelage of the Rev. Dr. R. S. McMillan, Dennis was trained
and then subsequently licensed to preach the Gospel in August 1996 at Markham
Chapel. In January 2000, he was ordained by Rev. McMillan and
the New Hope Missionary Baptist Association, and in August of 2000 was called
to pastor the Spring Green Missionary Baptist Church in Warrenton, NC. He served
faithfully for over three years, until such time that the Lord revealed His
divine plan for him to plant New Covenant Christian Church of the Triangle.
Pastor Lindsay is married to
Pastor Kathy T. Lindsay, and is the father of three
beautiful children, Dennis Jr., Amber, and Christopher.
Pastor Lindsay is an anointed
vessel, and humbly serves the people of God, both
inside and outside of the church walls. He is a
gifted revelatory preacher, expositor, and he frequently
operates in the gift of exhortation, always endeavoring
to encourage and strengthen the people of God through
the Word of God, along with his gift of faith.
Humility is his strength, and he always says - "To
God be the glory!", seeking no glory of his
own. |
